Circa 1793, this early federalist jewel situated on 20 slightly rolling acres with wildflower meadows and perimeter woodlands is an incredible find. Christopher Shepherd built the house and it remained in his family until it was sold to the current owners 30 years ago. Today the historic integrity of the 3183 finished square foot home remains with hand prepared heart pine woodwork, floors, wainscoting and mantels for the numerous fireplaces. Many of the original dependencies have survived. Roadview would be a good candidate for preservation tax credits. #340530
