Tipton House

TIPTON HOUSE - Built between 1842 and 1844, Tipton House is a neo-classical three story brick residence with a raised Tuscan portico. This historic property, which has recently been restored to perfection, is situated on a hilltop overlooking the historic town of Scottsville. Most of the interior and exterior architectural details of Tipton House are original and have been preserved. New, state-of-the-art, mechanical systems have been discretely installed.
